THE EARS OF LORD
GANESHA
A great leader has great listening
skills, a unique quality to lead the things. Here, Lord Ganesha is The Supreme
Authority for the universe in all aspects. The big ears represent to be a great
listener to understand and do the Judgements, recognising the facts, make
perfect decisions and leave the unnecessary and useless things. Ears looks like
a Sup (a kind of pan to collect grains), remove dust sand stones, mud etc from
rice to make pure. The huge Head means the immense knowledge stored as memory,
which shows us to remember every moment and thoughts to design qualities of
life. Ganesha ears are very big to listen more requests of worshipper’s.

The sense organs of
Elephant are very sensitive, even the pin on the ground can be seen clearly
with eyes, can find the ongoing situations happening in the surroundings by
smelling with trunk, and also represents the symbol as philosopher. With the
great quality can find out the animal approaching towards it. These kinds of
observations are very necessary for a leader to take initiation and move
forward. Such a great qualities are built in Ganesha, and role model for every
leader, Head of the community. The vision is very subtle and clear with tiny
eyes, and also makes to understand and analyse easily. Elephant swallows fruits
and stones from ground and throws only stones out of mouth, but not Fruits.
This shows us to take good things from all others and throw the evils out.
THE TUSK OF LORD
GANESHA
Lord Ganesha is also known as ‘Eka
Dantha’, as he has only one tusk. The broken tusk in lower right hand
represents a symbol of sacrifice for a great written Mahabharata. The tusk
exactly looks like a pen in hand; ready to write with great concentration. The
other tusk shows on other side one should have faith in mind.

A huge stomach
represents to digest all events positive and negative situations in life. Lord
Ganesha is also known as 'Lambodar' the meaning here 'Lamba' means huge and
'Odar' means stomach. Person has big or huge stomach symbolically represented
as the Leader. Comments of the followers can be accumulated in one's own
stomach like a Head of Community.
THE LEGS OF LORD GANESHA
A short legged living
cannot run quick, this reminds a story of hare and tortoise. One can be a
winner even if not a good runner. It represents Slow and Steady wins the race.
Also a great belief is that a person with a short legged, is more intelligent.
An intelligent person though cannot run, but makes others to run. The great
leadership quality makes work done by others.
